Virtual 10K

This weekend marks when we would have held our 5th annual Move For Emme 5k. Unfortunately, COVID has changed the way we have to think about many things. For the safety of all of you and especially Emme, we have decided to have a virtual event this year. We plan to keep it pretty simple. During the month of September, we just want you to achieve a 10k in total distance. Whether it's running, walking, cycling, or whatever else gets you moving, we want YOU to participate! During your 10k, make sure you are posting along the way and tagging #MoveForEmme. We would like you to also post to her facebook page.
